Everything was simply very good. We were there for short stay and had a GREAT stay. Plenty of meals for breakfast, it was good.

The Queen Room I stayed in was clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and eager to help, which enhanced my experience. The breakfast options were limited and could use more variety, and the noise from nearby trains might be bothersome for light sleepers.

Comfortable and decent position, we enjoyed staying here.
Location: the hotel was just next door to Clovis, NM arrived around 12 am and shopping areas and train tracks. The room we were upgraded to was brand-new and included climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave.

There were significant issues with the cleanliness of the room. Walls showed dirt, linens were stained, and we even suspected a possible bed bug sighting. The television didn't work, leaving us without entertainment, and charging extra for our dog felt unwarranted given the condition of the dog area, just dirt and mud. The dated facilities and lack of attention to cleanliness.

The hotel has a comfortable and decent location close to trains. the staff was very friendly and requests were handled quickly. - I enjoyed the good breakfast and had a really enjoyable stay overall on a road trip.
